Artikel ini berupaya untuk mengeksplorasi peran Yakobus dalam mengajar, memberi teladan, dan membangun komunitas yang kuat, serta dampaknya pada pertumbuhan iman di era kontemporer. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis literatur. Hasil dari penelitian yakni: Pertama, memberikan pengajaran Kristus dan kebenaran Injil. Kedua, memberikan contoh kehidupan Kristiani yang saleh. Ketiga, sebagai pemimpin yang menjalani iman dengan tulus memotivasi orang lain untuk mengikuti jejaknya. Keempat, membangun komunitas yang erat dan kuat. Kelima, mengajarkan pentingnya menghadapi cobaan dan penderitaan. Keenam, mendorong doa dan hubungan pribadi yang erat dengan Allah. Dengan mengikuti jejak Yakobus, umat Kristen dapat terus memuliakan Firman Tuhan dan mengalami pertumbuhan iman yang mendalam.
