Ucapan syukur merupakan suatu perbuatan yang bertujuan untuk berterimakasih kepada Allah. Setiap orang percaya seharusnya senantiasa bersyukur, tidak terpaku pada apa yang sedang dipikirkan atau sesuatu yang diharapkan, akan tetapi mengucap syukur seharusnya terus dilakukan dalam setiap situasi kehidupan, baik pada saat mendapatkan suka atapun duka. Harus dipahami bahwa sikap hidup yang senantiasa mengucap syukur merupakan salah satu perintah Tuhan yang harus dilakukan. Rasul Paulus memberikan contoh di 1 Timotius 1:12-17 tentang mengucap syukur. oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar tingkat konfirmasi tentang Ucapan Syukur berdasarkan 1 Timotius 1:12-17 bagi staff fulltime usia 18-25 Tahun di Yayasan Sungai Kehidupan Borneo Melawi, Kalimantan Barat dan untuk mengetahui dimensi yang paling dominan menentukan tingkat konfirmasi tentang ucapan syukur berdasarkan 1 Timotius 1:12-17 bagi staffi fulltime usia 18-25 Tahun di Yayasan Sungai Kehidupan Borneo Melawi, Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kuantitatif, data diperoleh dari sumber pustaka dan kuisioner yang dibagikan. Hasil menunjukan bahwa tingkat konfirmasi tentang ucapan syukur Rasul Paulus berdasarkan 1 Timotius 1:12-17 bagi staff fulltime di Yayasan Sungai Kehidupan Borneo Melawi Kalimantan Barat ada pada kriteria sedang. Dan dimensi yang dominan menentukan konfirmasi tentang ucapan syukur Rasul Paulus berdasarkan 1 Timotius 1:12-17 bagi staff fulltime di Yayasan Sungai Kehidupan Borneo Melawi Kalimantan Barat adalah Bersyukur untuk kasih karunia Allah.
