Abstract

Kasih merupakan inti ajaran Kristen yang menjadi dasar hubungan antarjemaat sekaligus cerminan kedewasaan rohani. Rasul Paulus dalam 1 Korintus 13:1–13 menegaskan bahwa pelayanan dan karunia rohani tidak berarti tanpa kasih. Namun, di Gereja Sungai Yordan Rajawali Bongap masih terdapat jemaat yang belum sepenuhnya menghidupi kasih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi ajaran kasih berdasarkan 1 Korintus 13:1–13 serta mengidentifikasi dimensi dominan yang memengaruhi penerapan kasih di tengah jemaat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen angket kepada 36 responden. Data dianalisis melalui uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan regresi linier dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi “Kasih dalam Sifat” memiliki pengaruh sangat kuat terhadap implementasi kasih. Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,934 dengan kontribusi 87,3% menegaskan bahwa sifat kasih merupakan faktor utama dalam membentuk perilaku kasih jemaat. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi jemaat agar lebih konsisten mempraktikkan kasih. Dengan demikian, gereja dapat menjadi saksi nyata kasih Kristus bagi jemaat dan masyarakat sekitar.
