Pendidikan Sebagai Instrumen Transformasi Generasi: Berdasarkan Perspektif Teologis Kitab Roma 12:1-2

Dalam era globalisasi dan disrupsi moral saat ini, pendidikan tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sarana transmisi pengetahuan semata-mata, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen transformasi karakter dan spiritualitas generasi muda. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pendidikan sebagai alat pembaharuan hidup berdasarkan perspektif teologis yang diangkat dari Roma 12:1-2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka dan analisis teks Alkitab secara hermeneutik. Peneliti mengumpulkan buku, jurnal ilmiah yang telah publish serta mengelompokan berkaitan dengan pokok bahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ayat tersebut menggarisbawahi pentingnya transformasi melalui pembaharuan budi yang sejalan dengan misi pendidikan Kristen dalam membentuk manusia yang hidup sesuai kehendak Allah. Pendidikan dalam kerangka ini menjadi wahana untuk membebaskan individu dari pola pikir duniawi menuju hidup yang berpusat pada nilai-nilai ilahi. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan berbasis iman Kristen bukan hanya membangun kapasitas intelektual, tetapi juga memperkuat identitas, spiritual, dan moral generasi masa depan, menjadikannya relevan, dan mendesak dalam konteks zaman ini.
